We Use
Wallace Cranes
To Make Wallace Cranes
We use our own to make our own.
Wallace Portable Cranes are an integral part of making … Wallace
Cranes. Our in-house cranes unload new materials from trucks and from
there move raw material, WIP, stock to be trimmed, parts to be welded,
and finished products. You can trust Our cranes to help build Your
plant, make repairs, move parts, and more. The image above shows a
Tri-Adjustable Crane supporting a high-capacity Thrifty Adjustable frame.
We incorporate what we have learned to help make the succeeding
generations of our versatile portable cranes better. Our test program
is also part of that effort. Regular customer testing gives us valuable
information to not only check compliance with the applicable
standards, but also to check our finished goods. The wide variety of
our products gets tested on a customer–driven random sampling process.
Every new product that we ship from our original location is backed
with over 50 years of experience. We do not rest on our laurels.
Recently developed new products include a 5-Ton trolley, a tall 2-ton
All Aluminum fixed height crane (10 ft. height under beam), and a 3,000
lb capacity Aluminum tri-Adjustable crane. All these were designed,
built, and tested in the USA.
Wallace makes hundreds of cranes with heights from under 6 ft. to over
24 ft. Our capacities run from 500 to 30,000 lbs. What these numbers mean
is that just about
anything will
fit under one of our
proven Wallace Cranes. And because it fits,
that “anything” can be repaired,
replaced, refurbished, moved, removed, or dealt
with. Choose reliability,
choose Wallace.
This is another
installment of our series of application stories that highlight serious
lifting options. Please note that while no lifting slings are shown in
the image, for any real lifting you should be sure the crane, hoist,
and slings are sized for the expected load. To maintain the proprietary
nature of our technology, not all fasteners are shown. The intent is to
show the general design and typical applications.
