Do You Think We Might

Need a Crane?

You don't think you need a crane. When downtime is estimated at thousands of dollars per hour, you need help NOW!

So, you really do need one. Scheduling a forklift and then time on a couple of overhead cranes to get replacements parts (like the small steam turbine shown above) to the down equipment just costs too much and takes too long! Wallaces cranes can move critical components from loading dock to worksite. In an emergency, a single use may repay the cost of the crane. And the Wallace crane will be there for the next unplanned event, as we have been for 50 years!

This is the third installment of a series of applications stories designed to evoke the lighter side of serious lifting options. Please note that while no lifting slings are shown in the cartoon, for any real lifting you should be sure the hoist and crane are sized for the expected load.
