Our cranes provide a moving experience for a broad swath of users, from Ph. Ds in research labs to maintenance staff in water treatment facilities. After minimal seat-of-the-pants research (we asked the sales staff and looked at some net traffic) we can state with absolute certainty that the most common use of a Wallace crane is Other. Be creative and safe. We developed a tripod crane to help users set-up a Tri-Adjustable, or other Wallace Crane when no overhead crane was available. Other organizations use our cranes set-up Other material handling systems. When piled Higher and Deeper, or if the load is bulky or heavy, or if the water is getting deep and you need to install a replacement pump, Wallace cranes can pull you from the mire of mediocre lifting. This is the fifth in a series of application stories designed to evoke the lighter side of serious lifting options. Please note that while no lifting slings or restraints are shown in the cartoon, for any real lifting you should be sure the load is secured, especially before moving.
