Anything in your plant could be considered a "mobile asset." Even if bolted down, that does not mean someone can't decide to move it! In today's fast moving economy, you need affordable, portable lift equipment.
No small part part of Asset Management involves keeping track of your physical equipment. When the computer says, "This widget should be here!" a Wallace Portable crane can help move the equipment from where the computer says it is, to where it needs to be.
These adjustable cranes can easily move plant assets from spare parts and replacement equipment to incoming materials and work in process. They conveniently supplement overhead cranes where you may have to schedule time blocks. Because a Thrifty crane is affordable on a department level, you can cut the red-tape of the approval cycle.
For easy transportation of the crane itself, a Thrifty crane easily rolls from shop bay to shop bay. If you need to transport the crane longer distances, the I-Beam is connected to the frame with just four bolts on each side. Standard templates and precision drilling ensure a good, repeatable fit for easy assembly. For portability and high capacity, an All-Aluminum Tri-Adjustable crane can lift up to 3 tons with a crane weight of under 400 lbs.
Wallace also provides quick remote access to help you rebuild and inspect your cranes. Two page assembly manuals and inspection packets are downloadable from the web.
