Can I Borrow

Your Crane?

Asking to borrow a crane is just not right. Like borrowing sugar, you are NEVER going to give it back. You know perfectly well, once you use it, you are not likely to let it go. If you do need a crane, it is never a one time use. Especially if the task is routine maintenance, there is an implied one-more-time.

Don't borrow a crane, don't lend a crane (with apologies to Ben Franklin, we are just outside of Philadelphia). Get your own Wallace Crane and seek your independence!

This is the sixteenth installment of a series of application stories designed to evoke the lighter side of serious lifting options. Please note that while neither hoist nor trolley is shown in the cartoon, for any real lifting you should be sure the crane, hoist, slings, trolley and other lift equipment are sized for the expected load.
